Cancellation and Refund

We want you to love your SAYLESS piece. This policy covers order cancellations, returns, and refunds.

1. Order cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by emailing contact@saylessway.com with your order number.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may request a return instead (see below).
  • SAYLESS reserves the right to cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, payment issues, or stock unavailability. A full refund will be issued in such cases.

2. Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused, unworn items in original packaging with tags attached.
  • Limited-drop items marked as final sale are not eligible for return unless the product is defective or incorrect.
  • To initiate a return, email contact@saylessway.com with your order number and reason for return.

3. Refunds

  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product).
  • Refunds for cancelled orders (before dispatch) are processed within 3–5 business days.

4. Defective or incorrect items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To swap a size, please return the original item and place a new order. See our Shipping & Exchange page for details.
