Shipping and Exchange

1. Shipping areas

We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes within India. We do not ship internationally at this time.

2. Shipping costs

• Standard shipping: ₹199 on orders below ₹2,999.
• Free shipping on orders of ₹2,999 and above.
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

3. Processing & delivery times

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Standard delivery: 3–7 business days depending on your location.
• You will receive a tracking link via email once your order is dispatched.

4. Order tracking

Track your order using the link sent to your email after dispatch. For assistance, email contact@saylessway.com with your order number.

5. Exchanges

• We do not offer direct size or colour exchanges at this time.
• To exchange an item, return the original product (see our Cancellation & Refund policy) and place a new order for the desired size or colour.
• Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Limited-drop items may sell out quickly.

6. Undelivered or lost packages

If your package is marked as delivered but not received, or if it appears lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with our courier partner to resolve the issue.
